[2016학년 2] 국제안보론 International Security Theory (목 5.6.7) 정치외교학과 최종건 교수 수업목표 및 개요_Background Motive 본 강의는 대학원에 재학중인 석• 박사 과정 원생들을 위한 국제안보론 세미나이다. 본 세미나는 국제정치와 안보론 의 통합과목으로서 국제정치상에 관찰되는 여러 안보 이슈들을 이론적 시각과 경험적 분석방법들을 동원하여 설명하 는 것을 목적으로 한다. 전통적 안보 이슈와 함께 현재 국제정치에서 관찰되는 최신 안보 이슈들을 세미나의 소재로 삼고, 이들을 분석하는 최신 학술 논문과 정책 보고서를 세미나 자료로 선정하였다. 성적평가_Course Evaluation 원생들은 기말페이퍼를 작성해야 한다. 또한 매주 세미나에 적극적으로 참여해야 할 것이다. 석사과정은 약 20페이지, 그리고 박사과정은 30페이지의 연구논문을 집필할 것이며, 주제선정은 교수와의 협의를 통해 결정해야 한다. 주제는 본 세미나에서 연구하는 영역 중 하나로 정해야 한다. 기말논문은 70%, 세미나 참석 30%의 배분으로 최종 평가가 이 루어 질 것이다. 강의계획_Course Schedule Week1. 안보란 무엇인가? -Barry Buzan, People, States & Fear: The National Security Problem in International Relations (Hemptead, Hertforshire: Harvester Wheatsheaf, 1982).
